Mark Pordes
Mark Pordes’ career spans more than two decades spent working independently and with some of South Florida’s largest and most prominent developers. During that time, Mark honed the skill set needed to create a highly successful real estate company.
Today, Pordes oversees the sales and marketing of high-end projects in the U.S. and abroad. His drive, vision, and longevity of experience provide Pordes the foundation to build the infrastructure of the best professionals in the industry who successfully repositions assets throughout South Florida’s tri-county area of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, as well as Las Vegas and the Caribbean. Mark realized the strong necessity for Industrial Service Facilities in the USA and decided to create another team that focuses on acquisitions and depositions of this class of assets.

RUY GUEDES TEIXEIRA
Ruy recently joined Pordes Industrial, where he specializes in the analysis, acquisition, and marketing of Industrial Service Facilities throughout the United States.
Ruy was raised in Brazil, surrounded by a family business that focuses on commercial development in Sao Paulo, and studied in the United States. Ruy’s strong background working with several different Institutional clients that specialized in the acquisitions of this asset class makes him a strong addition to the team. Together with his team, Ruy cultivates lasting relationships and is strategic in driving value for his clients.
